Technology today is build for clicks, not care, and families, healthcare systems and society are paying the price

1 in 5

young people in England live with a probable mental health disorder (NHS Digital, 2023).

97%

of UK children are online daily (Ofcom, 2023).

204,000+

new referrals for childhood anxiety in 2023–24 - more than double pre-pandemic levels (RCPsych).

Children’s nervous systems are being overstimulated, families are feeling disconnected, and society is paying the long-term cost.

It’s our mission to transform digital design into a force for human flourishing, by shaping global standards for digital safety and emotional health.

We believe every child carries a universe within them, full of imagination, curiosity, and potential.

Gen Alpha is the first generation to grow up fully online without meaningful safeguards. Tech isn’t inherently bad, but most of it is built for clicks and profit, not for children’s wellbeing.

Parents are stuck in a loop of screen-time battles, guilt, or resignation, while children are left navigating digital worlds that ignore their need for growth, safety, and wonder.

Havyn exists to change that. We’re not here to ban tech. We’re here to build it better, with empathy, ethics, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence at the core.

Havyn is a secure, neuro-AI powered operating system that regulates technology for children and families sensing stress, offering gentle insights, and strengthening connection.

Safe Messaging

Most apps expose children to risk. Havyn provides encrypted, family-first communication powered by AI insights that help parents monitor wellbeing and nurture healthy digital habits keeping kids safe, connected, and supported.

Wellbeing Insights

Parents are often left in the dark. Havyn’s neuro-AI detects signs of stress and disconnection, offering gentle prompts and supportive solutions to strengthen wellbeing and family bonds.

Creative Studio

Today kids are drawn to apps made for adults. Havyn flips the script, empowering the next generation to create, code, and build meaningful communities safely.

Powered by CDNS™

Just as the human nervous system regulates stress, safety, and connection, Havyn’s Conscious Digital Nervous System (CDNS™) brings the same intelligence to the digital world.

Developed with neuroscience and powered by Neuro-AI and affective computing, CDNS™ is the first child-first system designed to transform addictive design into conscious technology.

Unlike traditional platforms, CDNS™ doesn’t monitor or exploit. It gently supports wellbeing, protects privacy, and creates safe spaces for children and families setting a new benchmark for digital safety and emotional health.

With our CDNS™ coupled with our Social Media Index Rating, parents can finally trust what their kids see online: safe, balanced, and age-appropriate content, where impact is measured, not ignored.

Emily + Alex - Co-founders

We’re not anti-tech.
We’re anti-tech that ignores wellbeing.

We’re not just creating an app…

We’re building a new ethical standard for digital wellness in families and schools.

We see a world where:

Screens no longer steal attention, but support growth.

Emotional check-ins matter more than screen-time battles.

Schools teach digital literacy alongside maths and reading.

Tech becomes a tool for healing, learning, and connection.

  • Visionary | Clinician | Behaviour Change Specialist | Ethical Tech Strategist

Emily Wysock-Wright is the clinical and creative force behind havyn, a platform designed to reimagine how families relate, regulate, and reconnect in the digital age. As Co-Founder and Chief Wellness Officer, Emily brings together deep therapeutic expertise with forward-thinking insight to address one of today’s most pressing issues: the emotional and behavioural impact of modern technology.

With a background as a psychotherapist and holistic health practitioner, Emily now focuses on behaviour modification, trauma-informed care, and the development of ethical technology that supports human consciousness. Her work explores how early relational trauma, emotional neglect, and overstimulating digital environments shape both children's and adults' ability to connect, self-regulate, and feel safe in their bodies and relationships.

At the heart of her approach is the belief that digital safety begins with emotional safety. She champions the creation of tech systems that protect the nervous system, support development, and prioritise presence over performance.

Emily combines her clinical training with lived experience as a mother of two. She understands the invisible challenges modern parents face and the emotional needs of children growing up in a digitally saturated world. This allows her to design solutions that are psychologically sound, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in care.

She is particularly recognised for her work on childhood emotional neglect and the long-term impact of early relational dynamics. This insight ensures that Havyn is not just another parenting tool, but a conscious technology platform that supports deeper awareness, emotional growth, and meaningful connection.

Emily’s leadership is rooted in compassion, clarity, and the vision that we do not need to fear technology. We need to reshape it, so it serves our humanity rather than undermines it.
